Privacy Policy

This page explains what Prodentra collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and specific to how Prodentra actually works.

When you visit this site

• We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.
• The site's typeface is served by Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for it.
• If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (UTM values), we keep them in your browser for this visit and attach them to a sign-up or message you send, so we know which campaign brought you.

When you start a trial

• We store your name, email, company or shop name, the plan you picked and the campaign tags above, and we email you a link to confirm your address.
• To stop abuse we count sign-ups per network address for a short time. We store a keyed hash of the address, never the address itself.
• When you set your password we create your account and your workspace. We store only a salted hash of your password.

When you write to us or ask for a demo

• We store what you send (your name, email, company, your role if you give it, and your message) and email it to our team so a person can reply. You get a copy confirming we have it.
• We use it only to answer you. You can ask us to delete it at any time, together with anything else you sent from the same email.

Your workspace

• Your catalog, images and settings belong to you. Each workspace is kept apart from every other at the database level.
• You can export your whole workspace at any time.
• If you use the AI assistant, what you type and the assistant's answers are sent to the AI provider your workspace uses and logged so your workspace's admins can review them.

Who processes data for us

• Microsoft Azure hosts Prodentra.
• Brevo sends our emails (confirmation links, replies to your messages).
• The AI provider your workspace is set up with answers assistant requests.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us and say what you need.
